End seal jaw driven by a servo-motor (intermittent motion), allowing the complete control of the sealing pressure, opening length distance and jaw mechanical position.
Servo-drive film pulling
Rubber rollers make the first film pulling to beat the inertia and weight of the film roll, therefore the work of the rubber pulling belts is extremely soft, ensuring a longer life and greater stability in the operation.
PLC control system
Program storage and retrieval function.
All operational parameters such as draw-down length, sealing time and speed are programmable.
Touch screen interface
7’ touch-Screen with simple menu-based interface.
Visualization of the main machine operations process: sealing temperature, production speed, opening of the traction belts, alarms, bags counting and the selection of the main functions like manual operation, test mode, settings of the time and parameters.
